    Kienbock’s disease



    What is Kienbock’s disease? Kienbock’s disease is a condition in which one of the small (carpal) bones of the joint spontaneously loses its blood supply. The bone then dies because it doesn’t get oxygen anymore. The treatment of this condition will depend on how soon after the loss of blood supply the patient present to an orthopaedic surgeon.
